Joseph Mwangi

Before GERC's empowerment programs, women in my community rarely had a voice in decision-making. Today, we’ve seen remarkable changes. I’ve gained the confidence to lead, start my own business, and inspire others to do the same. GERC doesn’t just teach skills—they ignite a belief in self-worth and possibility.

Climate change was wreaking havoc in our farming community, but GERC stepped in with education and practical solutions. With their support, we’ve adopted sustainable farming techniques, built resilience to droughts, and reduced our carbon footprint. We are now better prepared for the future, and our crops have never been healthier.

GERC’s training programs have completely changed my life. As a young person, I lacked opportunities and direction, but through their workshops and mentorship, I’ve developed leadership skills and started an initiative to help other youths in my community. GERC has given me the tools to create a brighter future for myself and others.
